From 240lbs to a New Reality: I wasn’t the athletic kid growing up. At 12 years old, I weighed over 240lbs. I know exactly what it feels like to look in the mirror and not recognise the person looking back, feeling like fitness is an impossible mountain to climb. That struggle sparked a lifelong obsession with understanding how food actually impacts the body.
The Science Behind the Results: I spent years studying Food Science, diving into how nutrition affects our brains, appetites, and body composition on a molecular level. I then spent 8 years working at the highest level of the industry with companies like Kraft Foods and GlaxoSmithKline, mastering the science of how nutrition shapes human health.
The "Gym-Bro" Trap: I decided to leave the corporate world behind to help people directly. As I began coaching clients across the UK, Australia, and the USA, I noticed a troubling pattern: most men felt they had to pause their entire lives to "become gym bros" just to get in shape. They thought they had to eat like bodybuilders and revolve their entire existence around the gym. Predictably, they burned out and ended up right back where they started.
A Different Approach: That experience changed everything. I realised that fitness shouldn’t take over your life; it should support it. I developed my signature strategies Micro Workout Challenges (MWC) and Protein Anchored Carb Cycling (PACC) to work with your real-life commitments, not against them.
